1861 November 14th at Broadwater Parish Church Marriage between: George Laslett aged 25 bachelor, Draper, son of George Laslett [Farmer of Ash, Kent] and Margaret Stubbs aged 25 spinster, daughter of William Stubbs [Builder of Worthing Sussex] Witnesses: Horatio Luckett and Jane Stubbs.

They had 9 children [4 boys and 5 girls]

I have verified most of the births in the BMD registers at Ancestry.co.uk.

Exceptions are: Ada M. and Montague G. These two I've inferred from the 1861 Census.

They are both missing from the above registers.

The births that are registered at Brighton actually took place in Hove.
